"The Quiltpox" is an incurable disease often caught by a person who sees a lovely quilt and says, "I'd like to make something like that!" No experience is required for the little bug to catch hold, and the infected person is forever doomed to buy perfectly good fabric, cut it into little pieces, and sew it back together. But don't look for any cures here - this site is designed to feed the infection! I offer gifts for your favorite quilter (who might be you!), original quilt patterns, free downloadable patterns and templates, quilting tips and techniques, and links to some of my favorite quilt-related websites.

So, if you haven't caught The Quiltpox yet, beware! Browsing on these pages just might infect you, too!

The Quiltpox Creations are original quilt patterns. Some are free, and some for purchase. ALL PATTERNS ARE DOWNLOADABLE. Some are EQ5 files, and some are in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format.

These are some quilting tips and techniques I have picked up along the way, including links to my favorite instructional quilting websites.

The Quiltpox at Café Press is full of great "quilty" gifts for yourself or your favorite quilter. I have mugs, tote bags, t-shirts, note cards, license plate holders, and much more.

This is a quilt using blocks to represent 52 women from the Bible. The original quilt, a semi-finalist in the 2005 AQS quilt show at Paducah, KY, was made by Carol Honderich. Carol is leading a Yahoo! Group that is making the blocks while studying the women who are represented by the quilt. Go to this page for more information and to see my progress on the quilt.
